WOW! I just subscribed to your thread. I have taken for granted the ease of my rust repair compared to yours. The cab would have tested any of the skills I have. Your truck is looking great. Very nice! I like that color. It will look awesome whe you have it together. Keep up the good work!

Re: Project: 72C10 "Clear Blue Sky"

We got a engine!!! Almost, got the engine and trany installed over the weekend, also did some junkyard shopping and found a cigarette lighter and and a rear taillight harness (from the cab to the rear lights). It has no cuts or splices and looks good. Also got the fuel line that goes on the frame from the tank to the pump. Got it all for $20!

Re: Project: 72C10 "Clear Blue Sky"

Messed with the tank tonight, trying to get it cleaned the best I can, I used a piece of chain and dropped it in the tank. Then put some toliet cleaner "The works" stuff in it to try and remove some of the rust scale. I just shook it from side to side for about a hour. Just plan on sanding and painting the outside of the tank a flat black, and the filler neck silver.

Greg, Thanks for looking. I have more pics to upload, lots more progress for all to look at, hope to get more pics uploaded tonight. Also did some junk yard shoping over the weekend, found a wrecked 69 C-10, I got a good condition back glass and the front windshield and back glass SS trim that goes around it!!

Thanks for looking!

Anyone have any experience with using the Entropy radiators? Looking to use the 4-row mount 3 1/2" style. Did you like it or not like?? Easy to install?

http://www.entropyrad.com/Radiators/....html?notice=1

Thanks
Craig
