I love the rims. Why is it next to impossible to find real BSW 295/50 tires? Arrrrgggggghhhh

Re: '68 Patina Short Wide

Well, i've had a little grind/howl/vibration noise on deceleration and i figured it would be time for new rear end gears... Ordered all the parts and pulled the old ones out... they looked great... so i'm hoping that it was maybe just a little bit worn or off and that was the source of my noise... But hey, either way i needed a POSI anyways... right???

Detroit TruTrac and some Yukon 4:11 gears.. all new bearings, seals and some fresh lube is never a bad thing.. Putting it all back together tonight and hopefully that was the source of my noise... fingers crossed.

Upgraded the headlights tonight... i'm very impressed with these Amazon LED replacements.... we will see if they last. So far they get my seal of approval.. plug and play... no modifications at all...

Re: '68 Patina Short Wide

Here's the latest addition to the truck!! PINSTRIPES!!! i have a buddy here in town that is amazing at pinstriping and i turned him loose... i told him i didn't want anything to really take away from the "sleeper" style of the truck just something subtle... He freaking knocked it out of the park if you ask me.

Love the pinstripes man. I'm picking up my chassis this weekend and getting to work myself.
