Re: 572 update
Sorry for the delay in posting but I've been busy and a little under the weather lately, But I figured I could throw up a few more pics. I had a chance to install the accessories, put in new engine mounts, install the new master/booster, Starter, etc. I installed a Vaccuum pump for the master but don't have a pic, and I also install an electric fuel pump but don't have a pic either.
But here are some pics I do have. |

Well did some more work today, got the metering valve all prettied up. Then I took a look behind the dash . . . it wasn't a pretty sight.

Re: 572 update
Well as you can see I have gotten into the "scarey" part of this project I say "scarey" as most people find electrical a nightmare. I however am well versed and have no issue with this, However, I was wondering if anyone has a wiring schematic for a 72 C20 as over the last 38 years there have been a few hack jobs etc. I want to streamline the wiring down to the necessities. I have a lot more wiries to bring in thanks to the tranny controller etc.
So if anyone has a shematic for a 72 C20 I would be greatful to have a copy. Thanks in advance. Last edited by handsomerob; 04-14-2010 at 09:07 PM. |

lol, might be cool to get a print shop to print them on legal and in colour, or such, could even split them onto 4 pages too.

Thanks for the offer brother but I have them already. I sent those files for him to print out. I was just kidding him about printing some out for me too.

Re: 572 update
i'd like a little info on the upper radiator hose. i've got the serp setup on my small block but haven't had any luck finding an upper hose that fits in front or behind the alternator. i've got a flex hose on it and i hate it. part number, or application would be great.
