I have that happen all of the time Edit your pics first. Here is the throttle dash on the 68 K/20 panel I just sold. I think on 67-68 trucks it was either under the choke (like mine) or where the choke would be on non manual choke trucks.

Yeah, I got it wrong by being confused by the arrangement in the '70. But that's a '70 with a 67/68 dash and the reason the manual throttle is under the headlights, I think, was to use the unused wiper switch hole since the '70 wiper switch took the choke cable hole
