Re: my 68 shortbed build
Lookin good cstm!
Was the rear of your truck sitting at stock ride height before you put the Monte rear springs in it? What is the measurement from the ground to the top of the wheel well in the rear now? I guess those spring will bolt right up? |

Re: my 68 shortbed build
I really think only you can make that choice cstm68 if you go with what we like you may never be happy.
It is your truck, right. As for my opinion I like the pearls myself. They may be a little bit more costly $$ but, worth it. If you don't have the extra coin right now wait and go with what you really want. Do not settle, you will regret it in the end. I have done it in the past and wish I would have just waited and went with what I really wanted. RJ22... BTW: one thing I have done in the past when I worked at NAPA right out of school is get your paint supply shop/store to make you a custom mix. Have them give you the formula to keep in a safe place so you can always get a match (ya never know when you might need it) Something like add a little more red tint, more metalic, more of whatever, less of whatever. Then you will have a one of a kind color
