Does it have power steering? If so, how much for pump+brackets, alt brackets, and all pulleys (crank), shipped to 63303?

It appears you have not sold the upper and lower trim yet? If not, how much shipped to 80209? I am also interested in the upper trim (3 pieces) on the tailgate. Thanks.

price on all the plug wire holders including the bolts and the brackets for pulling the motor (2).

Plug holders have 3-4 side retainers under the heat shields. Also, the the retainers down on the rear near the bell housing.
