Re: A real BadSeed
Can anyone with 22" wheels and a bodydrop help me and tell me what their axle housing length is? I need to shorten mine, but don't have my rims yet.

Re: A real BadSeed
I'd wait till you get the wheels so you'll know the width and back space, also tires would help too...and you can put them where you want them, then cut rear end to fit.

Re: A real BadSeed
I made some mounting brackets to hang the air tank off the back of the bridge. I took a piece of 2x4" 3/16" wall box tubing and cut it all up into these brackets.

Re: A real BadSeed
I had the opportunity to work on BadSeed on Christmas day, so I stripped the drums off of the 12 bolt and made a few pieces for my rear crossmember.

Re: A real BadSeed
very nice work, I REALLY like the body mods and sheet metal work you have done. I was wondering what type of welder, wire size and gas type you are using, and what settings for volts and wire feed. If you dont mind sharing. ths

Re: A real BadSeed
For sheet metal I use a Millermatic 135 115v wire welder with 0.30 wire. Wire speed of 40, voltage of 32.5-35. Shielding gas is 75% Argon and 25% Carbon Dioxide mix regulated at 15-18 psi. (DISCLAIMER) I am not a professional hot rod builder or builder. These technique is what works for me. Thanks for the compliments guys!
