Well I bought some conversion axles and a Kp notch for my truck, just need some time to install them now. I was going to ask about the ride on the 78 but I didnt think it was drivable yet. So the Kp 6-link is definetly worth the extra pennys? Because i'm still saving mine to get one for my 64! Keep building that varity of custom rides cause i'm loving them. Later

Tony from Norcal
Tony the kp set up rides so nice and with the dropmember.... heaven.you will be happy with this set up. my sub i wanted to do something different, its wierd but i like the 15teens on that truck, keep saving....for that big window cab i have i mean for the kp notch later dino

Re: A Suburban Joins The Herd

I may have found my donnor engine and trans, it is from my 1994 gmc sub,i had this truck for ever.I sold to a kid and he crashed it and now wants to sell it back, I was think of using the complete dash, seats drive train, the huge system in the truck. My 94 sub has a ton of great parts still on it.I know this has been done a lot of times, but the sub was part of the family it was what my kids learn to drive in.so it would kinda be like a heart and lung transplant.but i was trying to keep it old school.i even get 20s and 18s boyds i had made..... which may not look bad a-- on the 66 sub, well i will see the truck on saturday. before the crash

Man Dino,... that Nova is sweet! But it's not like you to have that thing "not sitting on the ground". What suspension is on the back? Air over leaf? 4-link? Either way I like it. (sounds like she has NO time to drive the '78,... better get rid of it!) Post up that Xtreme too.

Hey Dino....Is that the stock bench seat in your Nova ??

I will be building my Nova in the future...(71 Original SS, Lime green w/saddlewood 'standard' bench interior).....Some SS's were bucket, while some were bench

Just curious as to what goes in the car as my car was missing the interior.

Sorry man....didn't mean to jack the thread

SWEET! Keep up the good work on my,... I mean,... your truck. I'll try to comment in your new thread. I thought this thread was about someone's orange Suburban? Hmmm. And,... R.I.P. to the white 'burb. What a waste.
