Re: Mine and Grandpas c10

I loved this project I got two grandsons and I restored my 72 short wide for him just finished it lately it has ten miles on rebuild its in my shop under a nice cover waiting on him he's ten, but 1 year ago my daughter had another boy so I bought another 71 short wide its in my storage building now I'm gonna build for him I'm waiting on my ten year old to get a tad older and gonna let him help with his brothers truck since he did not have the chance on his , meanwhile grandpa has been building a low rider 68 short wide for me my dream is to hope someday we can all three drive them to shows at the same time and show. I just hope I live long enough to get it completed seeing you with your youngster is awesome thanks for the awesome truck and I hope my grandsons look at there grandpas trucks like you have, thanks again. Re: Mine and Grandpas c10

Question for the houston guys, Im in west houston/katy and am looking for someone that can install a posi unit and gear change in my 12 bolt rearend. Ive heard a few names of shops but am curious if somebody close can do it. I can buy the gears for $600, and the shop i contacted locally wanted $2400 and they buy the stuff. Any ideas>>??

That looks very nice! I like how you painted the intake manifold and coil covers body color!
