Re: Chevy 51" original Texas truck,,now in Holland

I see you are using a Hagen frenched headlight kit with headlights with LED parking light/turn signal built in. Check out that when the head light is installed that the chrome trim ring doesn't cover over the LED light.

The reason that I mention it is that I have a similar set up except my headlights have a larger LED light. When I saw the ones like you have I thought that the ring might cover over the LED completely.

The paint and chrome look great. I have always liked the color blue.

Heyy Marc,

This is a IFS from Scotts Hotrods..
This is the bold in type.. Its really easy
And fits ok.. I only have place some filling plates
Between chassis and crosmember..
And I am also very happy with the stance of the front.

Thank you for posting that information. If it looks that good in the pics it must be fantastic to see in person.

Re: Chevy 51" original Texas truck,,now in Holland

I'm on it, removed the leaf spring front end and mocked up the crossmember. Could you take some close up pictures of yours in the rack notch area and also behind the crossmember to frame area?

Thanks.
