My girlfriend gave me a nice gift for Valentines day......markers!! Not just any markers but the Chip Foose kinda markers, a little pricey. Here is a new one I just finished. Sorry about the quality it's a cell phone pic.

That looks great! I got some chartpak ad markers for christmas but I cant for the life of me figure out how to use them correctly.

There are a few online tutorials and a couple of videos on Youtube that will help you. I learned that with these markers it does darker according to how many times you pass over a certain spot....even with black as you can see above. Also get some pastel chalk pencils, that is what I use for highlights.

3 weeks of work in photo shop I did every thing but the wheels and lights I did not get a chance to make them before my computer decided to go on a permanent vacation

Here are some of my newer drawings/sketches. These arent perfect because I'm more just trying to get down a certain concept such as perspective or wheelbase or sketching with pen and also there is my first marker rendering.

67cheby that second drawing down is an underlay I was workin on for your truck.

the artist for the first truck in the thread is David Reyna, he is in houston texas and does these renderings for drops r us, ground zero, extensive i think, and other people.. cool guy good work... gonna get on done of my truck soon, all hand draw. they are flawless..

Heres the marker rendering. If you cant tell I was using Thom Taylors book How to Draw Cars Like a Pro to try to replicate his cuda sketches and this marker rendering.
