Re: Jer's 64
this should keep things running cool! aluminum fan shroud and electric fans coming soon
[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] put the engine back in and mounted the tranny so I can get the driveline angle set up. still have to swap out oil pans though, I think I'm going to go with a Holley swap pan or an F-body style. |

Re: Jer's 64
not a ton of progress lately, but I've been able to mock up the air intake and I got my fuel line and AN fittings so i'll be able to start plumbing the fuel system. I also bent up some aluminum brackets to mount the radiator, top and bottom and fit some radiator hoses and a steam vent hose.

Looking great
What brand is that radiator? You don't see them with a stamped tank very often.

Re: Jer's 64
just about have the exhaust finished! I still need to get the O2 bungs welded in and get the pipes welded, then I'll have to get some hangers when I put the cab and bed back on. I decided to go with Borla XR-1 mufflers and used a flowmaster 2.5" u-fit kit, I dumped it just before the rearend, but I might continue all the way back depending on how it sounds.

Re: Jer's 64
I noticed that you changed headers from the Headman LS swap headers. What Headers did you end up with?
The exhaust looks good BTW.
