Yea bags front and back. No shocks on yet no panhard bar yet. After I pull the fenders off AGAIN I will break down the front suspension for all the final things that need to be done Tie rod ends steering link ,shock mounts ect,ect,ect. Then paint and reassemble.I can tear it down and put it back together with my eyes closed. Then drop the motor in set my pinion angle weld my perches weld my shock mounts than build a wishbone to hold the rear in place.Thinking of making one that will slide in and out as the the suspension travels. All this should take no longer than 2 weeks to finish because everything that needs to be fabbed has already been mocked up, or in this mess some people call a brain.

Man I just got off the phone with a guy that has an r4 for 250.00. Said if I buy the trans he'll throw in a complete TPI with injectors and computer. He also let it be known that he has a disc brake posi rear he needs to get rid of. Needs to pay for his storage or he'll lose it all. So!!!

I would jump on the rear end then sell it if you don't need it, that will offset some of the cost of the R4. Make sure to talk him down on the rearend.

Well I always wanted a 59 hood so I thought I'd make one. Then I figured it's allready cut up might as well make it TILT.

Kabwe. Yea all I needed to do was final align the hood, front end is all bolted together and gaped. Then this! Cal. I was looking thru your thread the other day and found some good pics of the tilt hood ,Thanks that was all it took.

Thanks everyone. I got 2 days of spot welding in that hood. I need a break for a couple of days. I"ll try to finish the body work on the hood this weekend.

Heres a few updates: hood is now in primer and passenger side is ready for last blocking and paint. Hope to have the engine bay and inside the cab/door jams painted next weekend, if I don't change my mine on color again. Just looking for any missed nicks now. Got a new toy last week and been working this week to pay for it. Made some ac blower motor relocation boxes for some s10,s so they can lay out and still have ac. Also cleaned up hood to fender gap

Just checked out your build, great looking project you have here!!!!! some cool ideas and great craftmanship, well done. If you do not mind you should post some more pics of the flip forward hood, been wanting to make my own jsut need a few more ideas. Thanks
