yes cut in error, Its a bolt up piece. I've never done a conversion, from what I've read the lower piece is all you need. I might be wrong

I received the steering column, For the first time I have working turn signals that cancel and a horn that doesn't blow whenever it wants to. Thanks again!

no sure if any one has asked but how much for the gas tank door an about two inches or so around it? a cut out so I can weld it in on my truck
