Re: SPID Picture thread?
This one was on a panel if I remember correctly. Only the model and paint.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
This is my fairly plain-jane Panel:
I'm real sure it won't have any of them when it get's back on the road. Maybe the mirrors, but I'm not sure said mirrors were the stock ones.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
And this-not a SPID, but kinda interesting. It's on my '67 Army Truck.
The glovebox was left open to the elements for several years and the SPID was completely faded out.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
Here's mine, not the normal GMC with leaf springs. Does anyone know what the sport truck option is? Is it GMC only?

Re: SPID Picture thread?
It's the highest trim level, the GMC's just didn't get the CST badge.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
I was under the impression that all options should be listed. Ive had 2 1972 Oshawa trucks where power steering and power brakes were not listed. And I don’t think they were standard option…?

Re: SPID Picture thread?
My orange blazer has no mention of the gauges, heavy duty front springs, steering stabilizer, or tow hooks. I have seen other gauge equiped trucks with no mention of such either.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
What a cool thread! I'll get a picture of my tonight! Just a Quick Ques, were all the pickups, suburbans, panels, and blazers serial numbers grouped together as sequential serial numbers. For example, when my Suby was built, could the next build number after mine be a pick-up? or were they separate eg all pickups were sequential numbers and all subys sequential separately. I only say this because according to http://outintheshop.com/index.html only approx. 25000 suburbans built in the 72 year and mine is 28,191st built?

Re: SPID Picture thread?
note the E81 (floor board) thats the wood floor a normal floor for a farm truck hauling live stock. see the 463#. yet there is no U37 cig lighter or U08 duel horn or A11 tint glass or B85 belt molding or UF2 cargo light or was it in the Z84 package.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
Here's my 71 lime green one. The one in my 71 C30 has long since vanished. To bad. Is there some where that one can get a reproduced one from GM archives or something?

Re: SPID Picture thread?
Heres the one from my K10, this was from the original cab. I put a diffrent cab on and it already had the factory buckets and then I added some stuff like an AM/FM, a camaro tach, and changed the color of the truck from Medium Bronze to Medium Green.
