Re: What are your vehicle's names?
This is a great thread! I just got my 72 C10 about 3 weeks ago and I'm trying to come up with a name as well. Here are some of my past car names...
76 El Camino - Green Machine 82 Corolla - Silver Bullet 74 GMC pickup - Ol' Brown (or "The Shuttle" as my co-workers would say "The Shuttle has landed" because they'd hear me pull in the parking lot) 64.5 Mustang Conv. - Jane (it was all stock) 93 Nissan pickup - The Hemi (because it was gutless) 64 VW Bug - Bert (I have no idea why, it just stuck) Wow, typing this list has brought back some memories!!!!

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
My wife calls mine "da truck" and my daughter wants to call it the "hello kitty" truck. Who knows where they get these names! Hopefully, my son (he's 14 months) will come up with something like the "grim reaper" or "sick" or something in that line.

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
"Pumpkin" (I'm sure) must be a code word for
"Cinderella's Once in a Lifetime Ride to the Prince's Ball"

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
I call my 68 "Baby" because I treat her like one.
My daily driver is called "Blue Kangoo" made from the make and color. My ATV was called "Worthless piece of S**t" before I brought it back.

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
Well these are very familiar to most of you, a few maybe not
The 4wd is "GQ" which of course is short for "The Garage Queen" The 2wd was recently changed to "Merlot" hense the wine color The Wifes I call "Bevo" for "Best Envestment Only" she got 96K out of the 1st set of tires, has 60K and counting on this set, it has 155K on the factory brakes and they still look awesome w/ lil or no pulsating, only money I have spent since 99 is on A/C. Then there is the F-150, believe it or not I have NOT named it. I am sure most of you could give me plenty of ideas but it was a really good deal and I use it as my DD for work everyday.

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
my brother inlaw had a car that he beat to hell with a baseball bat, and continued to drive it for 2 years.
It officially became the "Bat Mobile"

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
My DD is "C-10", the big green GMC (just sold) was "BigButt", and the last doner truck was "Maggie"...
......................named after her rear window sticker. I'm sure the new C30 will name itself...

Re: What are your vehicle's names?
I've tried to name a few of my trucks, but it didn't seem to matter to them. No matter how many times that I stood outside and called for them, they still wouldn't come.
