Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
Anyone have good pictures of these directly from the sides? I would like to see them straight on and complete instead of the artsy-fartsy angled-down-the-side shots like those I tend to take — LOL! — that don't show the angles.

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
Did you look at page one of this thread? I know Hart Rob posted more pics in his build thread also...

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
Will they fit a 4.8 with no problem?

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
If I could see the gap between the driver side header and the frame I could determine if the dan stering would clear on my '47. if so I would jump on a set of those asap

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
Uhh ... yeah, I did. As I said, I wanna see some pics directly from the side. Not at an angle from the front. Not at an angle from above. Eyeball level with the headers and perpendicular to the frame. Kinda like my first pic on the previous page, but from an even lower angle. I wanna see the clearance and the angles on the pipes on both sides before I drop that kinda money on this project. I've spent hours looking at build threads and pics and haven't seen what I'm looking for, thus my request.

Deuce, just ask for part # thy324y. Tell them to add a "c" if you want ceramic coating. The catalog they have is probably from last year. Jamie |

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
They should. Your motor mount setup will be the only thing that could be an issue. What do you plan on doing for that?

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
Does anyone know if these headers will fit my 65 1/2 ton pu and if so what mounts would be required. Contemplating this swap on my truck. Thanks in advance and very nice looking product.

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
jaime...my truck is back on the road...
'81 c10 swb with an LS5.3 and th350....motor mounts are standard 6 hole plates that move everything 1" forward. Do you still need a 73-87 tester?? I'm in SoCal and could be your victim. dsm25psi@aol.com thanks

Re: The LS1 swap headers are done!!!!
I might have missed it, but will these work on a 4x4? I can't quite tell from the pics if they will clear the shackles. Also, are they available without the coating yet?
