Time 4 a change. Doing body work should go to paint next week. Off white interior with Rootbeer (heavy) metallic brown.

How are you handling the fresh air intake for the interior? AND since you close this area off are you elimanting the plentum box on the cab outter firewalls?

The modern systems don't utalize the fresh air vents for the AC,Heat combos, all recirculitory. This was originally a non heat/ ac truck so no plenum box, but i would remove it if it were. Heat isn't one of my major concerns, Remember i'm in Arizona and on a really cold day I might have to put a long sleave shirt on.

P.S. spent 3 years in LA (Fort Polk) so I understand your concern!!

So did he weld it up, or did he use an adhesive or epoxy? Just curious what is possible for this mod.

he welded it , first he rolled the panel to match the contour
