Rare, not necessarily, but it kind of depended on the original owner and how concerned they were with paperwork. Like most trucks, they were used as trucks and the paperwork is long gone.
They do sell remakes of the folders, so they're not "rare" but a great feature IMO. Thanks for the kind words joekewel, you'll have to try and make it to the Midwest Meet and the Midwest All Truck Nats.
