Re: my 64
That fuel cell mount looks pretty stout. Are you planning on mounting the pump right there? Might be tempting for some people if you know what I mean.

Re: my 64
Nice work I have a question. Is the tank removeable from the bottom? I can't tell from the pics if your cage is welded or bolted. If you had to service the tank the bed will have to come off. Just thinking ahead.

Re: my 64
yes its bolted to the frame you take all of the bolts out
drop the rear down slide the front back and its out yes that is where the fuel pump is mounted and it should clear the roll pan

Re: my 64
What I meant was that someone might help themself to your pump, but it sounds like you'll have it behind a roll pan.

Re: my 64
I say go orange on the wheels if you are going to run trim rings, and keep them black if not...
Looking good!

Re: my 64
I would say orange wheels with the center cap just like you have it, and trim rings. Orange without trim rings might look good too.....just not sure on that.

Re: my 64
Arent electic fuel pumps pushers? If so,that one looks a little high to receive fuel to push on to the front.I guess its working since your driving it,might have problems when the cell is closer to empty. I could also be mistaken,in which case,,,,carry on.

I love the smell of race fuel in the morning! Or anytime of the day. That stuff is $10/gal here.
