Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
Vdog, thanks for the vote of confidence but, she is a ways off. Brakes, driveline, motor... etc.. I like doing things backwards... paint and body work should have come last but....
Most likely moving to a new work shop, once the paint is done... Will post up some pics of the new location. bob

Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
I was sharing a shop with a couple of hot rodders (they are building 40 fords) but, it came time to take it to the next level and it was not going to work out sharing the shop space, so my son and I will share a shop at the same location....

Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
Not much done lately, had some things to get done around the house... now maybe I can get busy.....
sort of dusty but you get the idea... need the rubber bushing between the crossmember and the transfer case and she is good to go...

Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
That blue looks really great. What type of clear are you going with? I really like the flat blue look in your pic. Put the word "Marine" in front of any color and it's my new favorite...haha
Frickin outstanding build!!!!

Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
Thanks Sgt for the comments... the shop said they would buff it out once I get it all back together.... no post in awhile but still working on things... mounted up the transfer case, and picked up a cool Deluxe Heater from a cool cat over on the Stovebolt web site... almost done with the heater redo and just got the brake booster from CCP in the mail after a delayed back order ???

Re: 3200 Napco 1/2 ton Conversion
Need to order the water control valve, hose and cable and she will go back together... had her pressure tested and a small leak fixed on the core... not very high tech but kinda of cool to save some old metal from the scrap yard.........
