Well it has been above freezing and I was able to get the brake pedal installed.

Looking sweet. What was the thickness of the material you used to fill in the firewall? I think smoothing it out gives it a great look, but unless the added material is substantially thicker then the old stuff, I would weld some strips to the backside of the firewall to keep it stiff.

It is the same thickness of what was there. I plan to add some strips to make it stronger. I need to get down to the metal shop and pickup some supplies.

Hung the drivers door and it fit pretty good. I pretty much just threw it on and it fit pretty good

I was petty amassed that they fit like that. They are not the doors that came with the truck they are in much better condition then the ones that did and i could not pass up buying them.

Got the cab corner hole covered and put the passenger side door on it fits pretty good too. Not quite as good as the drivers side.
