Re: How about some pics of lowered long beds
Great thread guys, and some Great lookin' trucks. I got a 70, looking to do a static drop. What's the lowest I can go without a notch and hitting speed bumps? lol. Thinking 5/7 on coils all around.

Re: How about some pics of lowered long beds
What an awesome thread and some gorgeous trucks! I'm fairly new here, I was beginning to think no one here liked long beds and that they were looked upon as nothing but parts trucks for short beds. Nothing personal but it breaks my heart to see nice original LWB trucks turned into parts trucks.. I have a very nice original 1970 C30 Longhorn. I've kicked around the idea of dropping it...

With a 2/4 drop. I'm thinking about a wheel change again.

Re: How about some pics of lowered long beds
This is my 1970 Chevy C-10 Pickup truck. I bought it about 6 weeks ago and have begun to improve the condition. As you can see, I've added wheels and tires, replaced many of the interior parts, and rebuilding the 350ci engine. Sadly, it has a three speed auto tranny that needs to be replaced due to my highway driving. I will be upgrading to a 700R4 in the next couple of months. I am having fun and excited about the completed truck
