I picked up a ford 9" rearend. I will eventually get it shortened when I narrow the rear frame to go prostreet.

Well I got the engine and transmission put in a few day ago. Hopefully I will have it fully assembled and started in a few weeks. Here are a few pics.

Hey man your truck is looking good! I have a 91 I would love to work on once I have some more $. Just did the water pump on mine, need new wipers now

I see you havent posted anything on this build in while, I have a 97 sierra I a am building, I would have loved to put a 350 carburated engine in but I live in California and getting around our emissions here is a female dog... any updates on what you have done?

It has been awhile since I have posted some progress. I just didn't realize that it had been so long. I have got the truck running. I have not driven the truck much due to the crappy gas milage it gets. It's not my daily driver so the gas mileage doesn't bother me to much. I knew the gas milage would be bad but not this bad. I am getting about 9 mpg. I am going to rebuild the top end later on and install an ez EFI. I will be traveling for work soon so it will be on the back burner. I have attached a few pics of the way it looks now.
