Re: my 66 C60
I've got the same problem on my 65 C60 about the 20 inch tires, they are the ones that the general put on it when it was new. I have a set of real nice 19.5's of a motor home that I bought a year or so back for the 454T400 and the 68-72 style tilt. I was gathering parts for a C60 daully project for a 70 model C60 that never got off the ground just don't have time and the right truck hasn't found me yet. But the 66 I have was bought new by my bro in law and his dad on their farm and had been in a shed its whole life until the last year or so when they retired and he gave me the truck, it still dumps like it should with a 20 ft grain bed. I will use it around the shop to haul off scrap iron and bent up sheet metal off of the wrecks I rebuild but I would like to put the nice tires on it. Are the 4500 topkick bolt patterns the same as the old C60's? Jim

Re: my 66 C60
not sure about any other bolt pattern interchanging with the 5/10 lug gm... also the 5/10 was a hub mount , not lug mount which also might be an issue.
one guy mentioned that he looked for quite a while for the 22.5 solid wheels like I got, and then finally gave up, and had his 20 10 lug inch centers welded into a modern set of 22.5's

Re: my 66 C60
would you be willing to send me pictures of the underside of your bed? I am the guy that bought the 66 lcf c60 out of Spokane and I have slowly been getting parts and making it road worthy. I first did some trading for a full set of the big 6 lug bud wheels with really good tires in a 22.5 inch so no more of the 20 inch tube type for me. full set I have 150.00 into trade material. got them all painted and powdercoated the center caps. been gathering a few extra parts but what I have to do now is build my dump bed. The hoist I have acquired looks exactly like your twin cylinder model and the tank looks the same too. But I need a few dimensions of the materials and pics of the assembly if it is not too much trouble thanks
