Sounds good Justin.....I'm not 100% sure this is the right course of action for me..
....but I'd like to discuss the pros and cons of going with a setup like this or a more conservative approach.

After talking with Justin, you're going to have a ton of information about his product - how's it's made, why it's made that way and how that affects your decision. He has a ton of knowledge in the industry and he doesn't mind sharing what he knows about what works, not only on these trucks but about nearly anything else you'll be working on.

It'll be time well spent.

Any questions, please drop me a message!
Did you used to work at Magnuson?

No sweat, glad I could help. System turned out looking great. I'm sure there was a ton more work on your end than mine, but still worth it I'm sure.

Re: Scott's 63-87 Bolt in IFS....NOW WITH C-10 spindles ;)

I realize this is a old thread however I am currently in the process of building a 81 c10 pro street and I want to upgrade my front suspension to the scotts ifs. That being said I have a few questions, my truck has an 489 ci bbc with deep sump moroso pan, have you had any customers install this ifs with a bbc and if so what clearence issues have they encountered with the rack and pinion. I can see In the sbc pictures how tight it is I'm just wondering if perhaps you could provide some insight from past experiences. As per durability would your ifs be able to handle the stresses of full time drag racing and be able to put up to the abuse of a 700 hp engine? Currently my truck has stock front suspension with 2" drop spindles and drop coils, what kind of ride height can one expect with your system? I plan to run the adjustable coil overs as well. I'm pretty sure I'm just rambling at this point and probably have other questions I just can't think of right now however any information would be greatly appreciated. Thx

First I am sorry on the delay on getting back to you.Just got back from a show in Ohio last week.

To help you out here.We currently have several customers of ours that are racing full time with there C-10 trucks.A few if these customers have a little over 2000hp and are running in the high 3.89 to low 4's in a 1/8 mile.

We have one customer out of the Chicago area who races his C-10 with a Duramax in place. This truck have a total weight of 5600 lbs and a little over 2800lbs on the front of his truck.

For your question this is not a problem at all and the best thing here if you can call us at the shop at (805)485-0382 we can go into great detail on all you will need and the best options for your truck
