Nice ebay purchase. I wish you the best on both your projects. Subscribed. Will you be using a kit with s10 chassis. A friend wants to complete the same swap. His 1951 chevy 3100 sits on 1985 c10 chassis. I want to help as much as I can. Please continue and spill the beans. Thanks. Clark.

Re: Oh No It Was An Accident! REALLY!

Well I went to my local "Pick-A-part" and found the rear end out of a 99 Bravada AWD rear end. comes with Limited Slip 3.73 gear disc brakes and "WMS" to "WMS" is 59 1/2". Just waiting till the 4th because they are having a 50% off day so ill get the rear end for $110.00

Re: Oh No It Was An Accident! REALLY!

Well here it is. I went to the junk yard today on there 4th of july 50% off sale. I scored the complete rear end for 152.00 out the door. Wheel to wheel surface is 59 1/2", Disc brakes, 3.73 rear gear with a limited slip. As you can see the spring plates are in the same spot.

Re: Oh No It Was An Accident! REALLY!

Sounds like you guys down there get a lot of great deals! ( I am about 100 miles north of you, in Ridgecrest.) I might have to come check out your pick-a-part yard! We don't have one up here.
I know there is another one in Adelanto, are there more yards in that vicinity? You got a great deal on that engine-trans combo!

Re: Oh No It Was An Accident! REALLY!

You want to keep that square metal lid with the handle on it that is next to the car in your last picture. That's your battery cover
