Re: 64 c10 build
Yeah I still need to dick around with my rockers. dreading it, would rather pay someone who knows what they are doing. it is literally the only thing stopping my build from moving on.

Re: 64 c10 build
Thanks Mjminino! I kept my spot welds spaced out and cooled each weld with water, sanded the welds with a angle die grinder with 2" 36 grit pads.

You're moving right along and doing great work to boot!
Don't know if I missed it, but what product did you use as undercoating? |

Re: 64 c10 build
Killer progress on your truck! Love the color too and that it has a family connection for you. I've got a lot of the same body work to do soon. Subscribed.

Who made the lisence plate sitting on your cowl? Looks like it was cut with a water jet.

The plate looks laser-cut to me...
I like te chrome caps better. Ya gotta have something chrome on this thing! Or do you want it to look like a dirt-cheap base model? All kidding aside, I don't know what styling cues that you are looking for...

Re: 64 c10 build
I’ve decided to paint the truck. I figure I’ve went this far I might as well finish it, I can’t leave well enough alone. Here is some pics of the rust repair.
