Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

I'm really digging those filler plates! This chassis is putting a lot of pressure on the body mounts. Gotta bring it!

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Thanks guys for all the kind words and I am glad you guys dig it. I want to clear up a couple things. 1 is the rear end. How will it come out. Once the rear of the frame is welded it will be set up so it is removable. When the bars are removed or removable the rear end will drop in and out. Also the exhaust is another question I have been getting. Remember this will be set up on shock waves so there will be no shock in the stock location. That is were the exhaust will cross and run down the side of the frame (outside) It will then exit out the rear or it may come out behind the rear wheel will have to see. Hope this clears up any confussion.

Sad story. I doubt he could change a flat. he's too much of a cheapo to pay to build anything. Lol! How do like that teas bench? What type of material did they use?

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

thats how most dentist are and that is why I dont hang out with to many dentists. They are kind of dorky ha ha. Anyway to answer your question the seat is off the hook and I went with ultra leather. They just lowered there price because of the economy.

Funny, the thought that runs through my head every time I'm about to go under for some kind of medical or dental procedure is, how well does this guy know how to use his head and hands? like, could he build something?
Sad, but we've probably all entrusted our bodies or even lives to people we would not let anywhere near our trucks. I think I'm driving to Orangevale for my next root canal

There are good ones and bad ones in every profession. We are not perfect but I try to do a good job on every pt. If you make a mistake I have found it is best to be honest and tell the pt. Then do what is right and fix it for no charge. I would love to do a root canal on you

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Here is what I have been up to. I have started the wiring inside the cab which I am close to being done with and I started the dimple dies on the core suport and began to clean it up. I have started the brackes that the seat will attach to. The ac is installed and wired so I am making progress. Here are some pictures. Sorry for the poor quality
