I see the factory and repop chrome caps on eBay, pretty frequently, so you might check there. They are also available for about $150.00-$200.00 for a set of four from: www.lmctruck.com www.classicparts.com www.bowtiebits.com www.truckandcarshop.com www.oldchevytrucks.com www.brothers.com and many others. Good luck and sorry I couldn't help you with this item, but please keep me in mind for your other '60-'66 Chevy/GMC truck parts in the future. |

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
Thanks for the inquiry. I have a few loose cross members, so I know I have the parts, however, I am going to take a closer look at it, to determine what you need. Any chance you have a photo of the old ones? Let me know and I will get to work on it. Thanks and enjoy the day.

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
Tony on the 64-66 hubcaps can you educate me (pm) about the clips vs no clips part? Im new to this and want to restore a 66 C10 shortbed fleetside BBW to stock specs...Its a factory grey color with a white stripe and no custom stainless on the cab and its a single paint color, not two tone...Are the rims semigloss black? Hubcaps white or chrome?

The two-tone color scheme trucks, had wheels painted the body color. A single-tone truck, had semi-gloss black rims, in the 1/2 ton 2wd models, with no caps, painted caps or chrome caps. The 4x4 trucks had semi-gloss black rims, with no caps. The no clip caps, friction-fit over the outside of the center bump-out of the wheel. The clip caps have a smaller inner circle, that snaps inside the raised portion of the center of the wheel and is kept in place by small clips, affixed to the wheel, between the lug holes. The first photo is the cap, that requires the clips and the second is the cap, that fits over the outside raised area of the wheel. |

Thanks for the inquiry. A good, used complete pair of fleetside taillight assemblies, including the buckets, bezels, lenses & mounting hardware and shipping, via USPS-Priority Mail, is $52.00. Thanks for the opportunity and let me know if I can help. |

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
Looking for a deluxe heater box (firewall side) OR... the parts to convert my standard heater box to deluxe. I am converting my heater to the deluxe version from standard. (or economy or whatever they called it)
I have all the other stuff needed. Does the heater control cable control water flow or air flow? Have a pic of the deluxe box in my assembly manual but it does not break down the box itself. I have a few parts left over from the conversion if you want to work up some trades too. TIA!!

No, this thread is not dead...we are swamped with projects and parts, so I have been slacking with replies. I believe I spoke with you on the phone this evening regarding converting your Thrift-Air to Deluxe-Air...
