That finish is Mirror smooth. The reflection is really really crisp.
Great Job |

Re: My Unexpected '66 SWB-Fleet-Restomod Project!
Well guys,
I received my seat yesterday, and of course, needed to install it immediately to see how it looked! It looks sooooo nice considering that all of this was done long-distance, with not much contact!!!! I am truly appreciative of Clem's efforts to make this a monumental milestone! Hats-off to Clem & Scottybob for making this happen!!!! I really think that the seat makes the entire interior POP!

Can't come up with anything that would be even close to cooler than that dude. It's perfect. Toss that baggie on the air-ride dealio and let's roll!!

Re: My Unexpected '66 SWB-Fleet-Restomod Project!
I would feel self conscious putting my butt on that...puts my seat to shame.
(almost) LoL Please tell me you are going to make it down to Clems this year (not necessiarily in the truck) .....

Re: My Unexpected '66 SWB-Fleet-Restomod Project!
Thanks man!
I am overwhelmed with the look! Thanks!!! They almost looks like black & white pics, don't they? Thanks!!! Ya think??? Thanks Greg, but you would need to fight my girlfriend for it! LOL! Quote:
Great thanks for all of your efforts on MY seat! Everyone that looks at it asks me where I bought it...LOL! It is soooo comfy too!..I made an excellent choice to pick you to help me out with this. Again, many thanks! Quote:
I kept the baggy on it while there was no carpet, and it was getting thrown every which-way!...Baggy is now in the trash! Quote:
I am going thru some personal issues right now, but the way that the truck ran today on it's maiden voyage, makes me say that I could probably drive it anywhere!...but I only put 40 miles on it....LOL!

Re: My Unexpected '66 SWB-Fleet-Restomod Project!
This is outstanding. Not just the how, but the what........ I think you could build a truck around just having that seat. It just shows again, there is a place for true craftsmanship. Well done all.
