I connected to the passenger side bag routing the line thru the crossmember. The drivers bag I also routed thru the crossmember under the engine. Any time I run air line thru sheetmetal or the frame,... I run it thru a rubber grommet. I also wrap the air line is some sleeving made by Painless Performance Products. It helps protect the tubing from chafing. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...Id=10002&Nty=0 How did you cut the air line tubing?

Keith We were adjusting the proportioning valve and while driving around my neighborhood we went thru a lazy left turn the line just went boom we thought that the line came off the bag as the way it sounded. We looked and could not figure out how or why it got a hole on it. we are thinking that maybe we left too much slag on the line and as we were turning it got pinched so this time we made it a bit tighter. I am waiting for Raul to come back into town so that he could go over all the lines as it "SUCKED" being stuck not able to move I had to call my wife to come get me then I had to come back with a floor jack and put the hard aluminum bump so I was able to drive it back home but if that happened on the road it would not be good. thanks for your explanation. what I am thinking is driving it to my shop and putting it on my aligment rach so that I can see what the suspension does and determine if there may be an issue when aired out or while driving.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
how long are you down for? I still have to redo one air line that I just messed up and my exhaust sounds horrible as I had to cut it but once the line is in we can ride for sure..
