The painter Eddie Jewell of Jewells Restoration has the bed painted, I need to get him to email me a few pictures so I can post them here ! Slosh_Tubz on Instagram if you would like to see some paint pictures.

This weekend with the help of a couple buddies we got the Engine and trans set in the frame.....its starting to get pretty exciting !

MAST Motorsports 408 with LS7 Black Label heads
Magnuson TVS 2300 Super Charger
TCI 4l80e fully built with billet Torque Convertor

MSD Atomic Injection

Next I built a mount for the AccuAir valve body and started plumbing the air ride

looks great
might need to add a few pipeholders here and there to prevent it from vibrating and break over time but i guess you get to that later

i got a job again and having fun at it too

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts

This dude Clem of Tuba Trucks is Awesome, if you haven't had the pleasure to meet him you need to get to his upcoming party and meet him !

Clem came over last night, brought dinner and we wet sanded and buffed most of the frame.

Also picked up the Flowmaster exhaust , I had it Jet Hot coated. I cant wait to hang it all !

Well I got a little more polishing done and started bolting up that Flowmaster exhaust last night. I am now a firm believer in V-bands and the one from Ace Race Parts are top notch and a good bargain. I am happy with my first exhaust job, I now know the things to look for and the things to do different next time but overall I am pleased with it.

Well here is some real progress , Eddie Jewell of Rusty Jewells Restorations in Mcalaster OK with a crew of friends has got that almost all of that Valspar Auto paint laid down on Boosted Bertha !

WOW!! I wasn't sure about the color at first, seeing it on the panels separately, but with that cab on the frame, I'm sold!!! That's going to look awesome when it's put together!!!
