1972 GMC K15
Gear driven 454. Mild Cam. Edelbrok intake and carb. New power steering pump. New Long tube headers and all new exhaust with Flowmaster Super 10’s. Sounds very nice without being obnoxious. SM465/NP205. Stock 16” wheels with New Federal MTs. Typical k10 rust spots. Rockers and passenger front fender. Floors are very solid and rust free. Cab is great. Bed is rust free. Has been repainted once in the early 2000’s. Was originally Medium Olive color. Interior is still original color. Dash is complete and the seat is original. Runs great and the ride is really nice. Stock suspension. New body mounts. 2.5in EZride lift is going on this off season with new shocks and front bushings and joints. Great driver and a camping machine! Lovingly frame-up restoration of 1970 pickup. New parts list to long to capture, but here are a few items: 6.0 LS engine (LQ4), matching 4 speed transmission, new lowered suspension, new brakes & stainless lines, new AC, new seat upholstery, new radiator, cruise control, almost every moving part is new. Not working - radio and speakers, rear differential leaks oil. Needs new floor in tub. Amazing roadholding. Done 6000 miles on the i70 between Denver & the western slopes over mountain passes. 1971 GMC blue/white pickup truck. This truck runs great and drives like a dream. Has an inline 6 3 speed manual. Tires are in great shape around 1500 miles, newer battery has receipts for over $7,000 in replacements parts the engine has been rebuilt and has an electronic ignition conversion complete. the rocker panels, cab corners, cab supports have all been replaced everything works including the heater!
