Got a unity spotlight at the junkyard today! will probably need some parts (bulbs etc). And some script valve covers!

For cheap too! Dunno whether or not Ima sell em or what yet.

yay trim time see to bad you filled in the holes for the spot light if you do sell it then i will need somthin off of it on the bottom of the handle theres a screw if you un screw it a little cup thing comes off well i need the upper part of the handle, yay scrip valve covers those always look awesome

Yeah, hey yall know where some instructions for the spot light? Ive got it all apart, well kinda, and wanna make sure im puttin it back together rite..

I took it apart cleaned the ol grease out put new marine grease back in(so rain dont wash it away) and polished it and put some plastic stuff on the handle so it shines...dont look bad pix in a sec

I got the valvecovers, spotlight,1 red sidemarker today.

Truck is in the garage! Gonna try to align the hood, need to tighten the bumper bolts, and maybe install my spotlight (I think I need a new bulb, havent got that part taken apart yet)

wow yours is nicer than mine well the bracket that goes on the outside needs to go on then the stuff that goes against the pillar in the inside then the inside toggle switch and handle goes on that si going to look cool with the searchlight and trim and the valve cover look good now just paint em orange and put em on

they make an adapter i think to use those valvecovers on the newer head

Yeah its pretty high though..

I dont like those valvcovers that much..lol keep in mind im sorta ona budget, i have more important things to save for!

Ha, Ive still gotta polish/detail it! I just took it apart to clean and relube it LOL

Whatcha mean fill in the holes? I gotta bunch on my bed I need to weld up but dunno if I can remember to weld sheetmetal good enough now!

i mean to fill in the hole for the search light if you havent polished it yet then dang it sure does look nicer than mine

I dunno, I think I may sell it, I dont wanna drill the holes out again and decide I dont like the spotlight..

I can probably get another from the same guy, he said he has 30 acres witha lot of older cars/trucks..lol

I'll probably put it on the board, I really wanna get some drop spindles/5lug axles/panhard bar and finish my suspension up then get it painted and rust gone away with

2 days ago I was riding with my wife and about to pull into my neighborhood and all the sudden a blue chevy with an orange/red pickup bed turned onto the street we were on and drove right past us, it stopped me in my tracks for a second as i was watching it, first thing i thought of was your avitar and thread and wondered if you somehow made it to washington........Nahhhhh! But i swear it could have been, same year front end, same color. I have heard it said everyone has a twin, could our trucks have one too?
