No kidding! It was very surprising what it pulled off of it! Goes to show what settles on paint finish that's just in the air!

Here's a good picture the MSD/Accel got of the truck at the 2015 Goodguys Columbus event, parked at their semi.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"

I pulled the wheels off the truck to give the billet a quick hand polish with some of Adam's Metal polish #2 and a micro fiber applicator. This is before.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"

After: Impressive difference and I had 10 minutes in doing it, that includes doing the barrel on the back. After I finished polishing, wiped it down with a micro fiber and then took some Detail Spray and a clean micro fiber to remove any residual polish left over.

Yes it is! Lol but it's actually on a '93 C4 Corvette suspension front and rear. So I had the wheel offset made to make up the difference.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"

This was a cool perspective, took the wheel off to polish and you can get a good look at the back half of the frame through the wheel well. A set of Wilwoods would look great in there!

This was pretty awesome. The World of Wheels Show used my truck for the 2016 flyers and applications.

Re: Project: "just a little rust repair, turned LS2 swap"

Calvin, that thing is absolutely stunning!!! I have some favorites here on the forum and yours is one of them. My son left this evening to drive up to Cambridge for some training for work and I showed him a picture of your truck, I told him if I was going with him this time we probably would have given you a shout and came over one evening and checked out your truck!!! Maybe next time

Loaded up Sunday and got ready for it to head to Florida with my Grandpa Jake for a Classic Chevy Show. Come back from that one and headed to Cleveland for the Piston Powered Show.
