Thank you, Glad to heat you enjoyed the photos.
Realistically the photos are a drag specially in situations where I have dirty hands and decide to take a pic, but I will continue with detailed pics of the different stages of this build, there’s been more than one occasion where I have forgotten certain details and I have to go back to my build photos.
At one point I completely abandoned this build, glad I’m back on track

The 90 Degree Under Dash Brake Pedal is from Scott’s Hotrods, the only reason I got it from them is because there local, I picked it up save on shipping. It may look different because I drilled the leg and fabbed my brake pedal.
The Hydroboost is from hydratech. There a bit involved as far as piecing the parts and plumbing the system. BTW vacuum booster are allot easier. My advice if you enjoy the thrill of a good challenge is to piece it out. If you tight on time get one complete already built.

I installed the front components for fit up. I deleted the AC compressor. I need to space out the alternator and the water pump cover. In pics everything is handsnug. With a few bolts missing. The bolts are from Rogue Bolts with a front pulley set from Street & Perfotmance with CBM power steering and alternator bracket. The water pump need some more work. There’s allot of debate on the LS heater lines weather to plug or loop them, that aside I will be deleting the heater lines, pulling them out and taping them 3/8 & 1/2 NPT. Pugging them with some aluminum allen plugs. I think it’s a lot more cleaner then a loop or rubber plugs. I will also be using a CBM thermostat housing that accepts the LS style 160 thermostat. As for the steam lines I will tap into the water pump. I will tap a 90 elbow 1/8 npt to -4an and a stainless flex hose -4an to -4an and on the steam line tubes a 5/16 compression fitting to -4an.

I some motors only have the steam ports up front on the heads the rears are plugged

Epic thread, epic truck. Alex, I'm glad you are back at it. I'd never seen this thread because I joined the forum after you left for your break. Just read the whole frickin thing. Glad you are back and glad that this truck is going to be finished. Congratulations on your kids and getting a woman to marry you after you got that nasty cut above your eye, haha. Maybe this is a selfish idea, but I think you should keep this truck for yourself because you can build two more for your sons for less than a quarter of what you spent on this one. Then they can take a good running truck and work with their dad to modify it and they will appreciate it more than if you gave them one like this. Just my $.02, brother. Thanks for all the information and pictures!

Thank you for taking the time to check out my thread. You are too funny had me laughing when I read this. I agree it would be a good time building something with my boys. My wife already warned me she’s not ever goin in this truck once done, I told her it’s going to be loud with no AC or heater. She hates loud engines & exhausts, according to her the rough choppy sound of horsepower is that of an engine in needs of repairs.
I’m slowing down a bit as my second son is due tomorrow 4/19/18 with gods grace I will have 2 baddies soon.
I did manage to get ahold of another gallon of 923-200 with slow activators.. This stuff is hard to come by in this area no one is authorized to carry it.

Not the kind of "contraband" that I think of in the LA area. Is that what you need to finish up your paint work? Huge congratulations on pending son number 2. My little brother has two little boys and has a very full life chasing those two little clowns around! And he loves it. And I love to visit them. One other thing I noticed, is how you put the Dynamat up behind and under the dash. I'll bet that will make a significant difference. Maybe there will be a few days between November and February where your wife will ride in the truck with you because it'll be cool enough and quiet enough as long as you stay out of the throttle.

thanks fellas for the baby wishes. I did some work on the water pump heater delete and steam line. I made a puller and ran it with the impact. i tapped for 1/2 NPT and 3/8 NPT and on top for the steam line i drilled and tapped for 1/8 NPT. I need to do the bend and tie in to steam line.
