rick you gotta know what a faux hawk is....
you shoulda at least picked up that lingo on that, mm as soon as i clean up my new truck a bit ill show you pixs and you can tell me what color the interior is. the sPID says trucks silver but i cant tell it looks white to me. my parts GMC, i had no idea if it was white, yellow, or some kinda other color.

well as i told you ,i started sanding the door only had 30 minutes of light so i didnt get all of it! here are pics!

is it just me or did some one say buddy bucket seat adjuster lever! well its not done completely! i was gonna heat it up with the torch but my teacher said ''no ,no, no!'' so tommorow i am gonna wait till he isnt looking and then do it real quick!
 but i did manage to grind it down so i can drill the two holes and mount it ,all i need is to drill the holes,thread the end of it and buy a ball with threads inside and screw it on the end and paint it!!! here are some pics

thanks ryan as soon as i started to try and heat it up a sworm of classmates all came one by one two by one and asked ''hey wahts that for?'' my reply''my buckets seats in my truck, the adjuster lever broke'' there reply ''what kinda truck you got?'' my reply '' a 67 chevy short bed fleetside''
there reply ''oh cool , what engine?, and tranny?'' and you know the rest i think i have one of the oldest vehicles in my school there is a 69 chevelleand a 68 mustang but i am a 67 so ya i have the oldest truck/car in school! |

Take advantage of your welding class. It will open many doors for you. learn as much as you can. I took a welding class back in 84-85 and I get to use what I learned on my job and projects just about every day.

Ricky, I just realized that I cant use 67-68 alt brackets caues I dont have the mount on my manifolds, I had to grind it off to fit the centerbolt valve covers.
I can try a diff. junkyard I go to though instead. Ps, welds look really good man
