He's still a baby
he dont drive, no license.
No work so no money.
He's just worken with what he has atm. But it seems he keeps buying the stuff to make it looks nicer then the stuff to make it run lol. Probably because the items to make it run cost more and by buying the little odds and ends it makew him feel as though he's progressing.

he is right.... except that i am buying parts to make it look nicer because it makes me feel like i am having progress... i buy them because if i cant buy somthin on top of the list then i would still rather buy somthin i will need the parts sooner or later so if i can buy them now then i will.....

yes i am! haha thanks johnathan.... that is your name right?

well this is real news... i finally got off my can and took the old bed brake lines off of the axle and the rubber hose that leads into the frame. i then installed a new rubber brake hose and started connecting the brake lines to that hose.....

now i nee all the brake lines (right and left) and some adapters for the brake lines along the frame rails....after that new calipers, brake shoes, front pads and after that i need to throw some brake fluid in the master clyinder and i should be set!

Seeing this, I had to procrastinate a little more and give you a flashback to when I was your age... hope it makes you laugh! Here are some things me and my friend would do to get our trucks on the road when we were in HS, and yes, we drove them to school this way!

battery tray firewood and bailing wire
drivleine stole off dads truck, made dad mad
radiator hoses tire patches and hose clamps
tranny coolant lines fuel hose
a couple brake lines and adapters cut and pinched lines
spark plug wires any wire we could find, including power cords
power steering pump and brackets tough-man manual steering
alt. and brackets just ran off battery
light harness back roads, no lights... dont ask
gas lines gravity fed off a motorcycle gas tank strapped to the hood
sending unit a stick, shake the truck, rag in the hole... the list goes on for this one
gas oh the incrimination
battery anything we could find for 5 bucks or less, sometimes we would carpool cuz we only had one good battery
and thats all i can think of right now I grew up in Cali, and my idea of a newspaper was the Recycler, But now there is Craigslist!
