When I ordered it you can't tell how big it is and I thought the switch mounted in the center and the side holes were mounting holes for the plate. I had two switches so I got two. Shifter fits perfectly!
Just need to modify the front seat mounts slightly and it will bolt back in. Wasn't sure if it would clear the new trans tunnel or not |

Started on the gauge mount. It will be recessed so that the front of the dash stays smooth.

The gauges are 3/4" from the mounting surface to the front of the glass so I will probably match that. That sounds kind of deep though so I may go shallower. Just have to see how it looks once I drop it in.
