Thanks! They are LMC Truck Parts H4 with wiring harness and DDM Tuning 6K HID kit.

I got this kit in 35W Low Beam only with 6000k bulb color.

It had a license plate frame that said "Jacks 1968"

71 GMC LWB 5 bolt Daily driver, work in progress...If I can keep the dog from driving it, she loves 67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks too. I think she wants me to keep it close to original! lol
