I agree. I'd probably buy one myself.

Re: GM Semis

Great pictures! As much as I love a dolled-up privateer rig, I also love seeing the fleet trucks just as they were...get the job done and show the company's colors. Most trucks you see restored, even those, guys can't resist geegaws & doodads. That 66 line-up if a slice of heaven. That last 95500...wow! Look at all the new stuff. and I wonder what truck that is with the Alcoa on the rear.

Here's a picture that moves if you click it

if you look ar just the front it could well be a rv , the design might actually work even today if they add some side skirts and supersingles

I have seen this truck in person, and it is nice. It originally had the Twin-Hydramatic in it.

I believe I have seen that truck too. Very nice, I love the old Pete's with the small cab. For just a few years there Peterbilt offered the wide hood with the small cab, to me that's one of the all time classics.

Re: GM Semis

Nice looking truck.

Pretty good front-end height for a low hood.

Interesting truck.

I can never remember a Road Tractor of that era, with that low of a GVW.

Yet it has 10-Lug Front Wheels.

Many of those did, but if you blow that picture up there is a 'Turbocharged' emblem on the hood. That truck had a 4-71T in it. Rare combination.
