Thanks babyjay im sorry i dont know exactly what color purple the truck is. I bought it from a guy with that color i would say maybe royal purple im just guessing im not sure tho.

That looks about as red as red can get to me, I don't see any glimpse of purple it. It looks like it was a maybe even a brush truck at one time. I love the stepside too!

Yes ,it was a brush truck of the fire department in Calais, Maine U.S.A. It just recently immigrated to Canada

That red brush truck is awesome! I go against the grain of "norm" and actually think longbed stepsides are cool! I have an ad posted for a bed in the WTB section, hope I find one someday.

have you checked car-parts.com I checked on there and there is one listed as a code 000 meaning no defects\rust I bet you could have it shipped.

Here is my 86 Silverado Longbed I use for most of my hauling and pullling jobs. It is completly stock. (except for the dual exhaust)

Here is a new toy I am playing with. I know, it is a Ford. But a classic. I am restoring it. It is really nice as it stands. It has the 289 and three speed on the floor. Color is "Springtime Yellow". The year is 1965, black interior. It is all stock and staying that way. It's a C code Mustang.
