Going out now to make my shock relocators!!! Thanks scotti!

I'll try to find that horn cup and get some measurements for ricky.

Will have some progress this eve. hopefully (shock relocators built, hopefully installed, new valve cover, and gaskets, and a few other misc)

it came off of a 71 gmc but if you dont think it'll work...

I'll go measure the height just in case, and measure the 1 on my truck while im remembering

oh i made the shock mounts but did em different (backwards of each other, dangit) so i'll have to make the 1 i screwed up using the 'good' one from my truck

Ha I need you guys to alll visit me and build my truck, I spend most of the day cuttin rivits off!!!!! Progress is progress, I cant wait to see how she rides now!! Will do the lower shock mounts tomorow I was filthy!

I got my parts from classic parts, So sometime I"ll work on my def. and relube and try to get my cables working better. My valvecover is painted and ready to be installed with new rubber gaskets

Now I gotta get some rubber gaskets for the bolts (slight leak around all 8 VC bolts).

talking about your choke i used to have a cable just hooked to my carb and reached under the dash and pulled the cable and held it to start my inline 6 when i had it. i think the kit to convert to electric choke is about $40-$50 on a edelbrock. It sucks that they don't make that one bezel maybe cut a hole?

i agree in order to make it look okay you should start by drilling a hole and going bigger and bigger tell the whole is right size you should do it that would be sick

Got my def. hoses on, now I'll be able to see out on those wet rainy days...a fellow member has a 67 small back window solid cab I may buy this spring, we shall see..
