Had no time to check it out better darn it. I think it has the older Cummins turbo diesel emblem on the fender? Their from Oregon, anyone know them?

Nice looking Rigger's Truck in Reno. I am not familiar with this vintage. Is that a Fan Exhaust on the passenger side fender? I bumped the magnification up to 400%, but still could not discern if it was body damage, a weird graphic design or exhaust fan. It's in about the spot an inside vent would be on a '68.

Thought it was a latch for flip up front clip. I would need t see the other side to be sure.
