Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
I have been working on the interior or at least the stereo. I was able to get the rear cab corner panels made, covered and installed. Turned out pretty good I think. I still have to get the woofers installed and then I will take a completed picture.

Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
Got the speaker box, cab corner panels and seat belts installed for the last time. Wired up the speakers and was able to turn the stereo system on.
The AudioControl amplifiers are controlled with an internal DSP(digital sound processer). Which means you have to tune it with a computer but man it works great and sounds good so far! I did not get a picture with the laptop connected but you can see the blue USB cable connected to the passenger side amplifier. I do not have the front kick panel speaker in yet but when I do I think its going to sound awesome!!! I am glad to have this completed so now I can get the seats in it and move to the next item on the list... More to come!

Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
I tried something different. The Focal component speakers came with these pods. At first wanted to change them but I thought I would wrap them with the same floor wood vinyl of my bed.
The seats are the final install.

Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
Thanks Dan. I wish mine moved as fast as yours did. Hahaha. I want to enjoy the truck. But this spring/summer for sure.
So I figured I would keep up with the theme of carrying the bed wood in the cab. Since I covered the tweeter/speaker pods with the wood vinyl. I covered the shoulder belt bolt cover also. I am waiting on the 4wd shifter boot so I can get it installed. Then I can get the door panels and the headliner. Tonight I finished up the front grill and all the lighting wiring. First time I have used LED flashers man they are loud. Tomorrow I am back at it.

I've been absent from this site for a few years now, I remember following this thread a few years ago when I did my 4x4 swap. Truck looks amazing, I love the blue on the truck!

Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
Holy crap it’s been over a year since I posted. Where do I start???? Ok so the interior is complete and the truck is about finished. I have a few little things to paint and install. I have done a lot of tuning but now it’s ready to have a professional tune it. https://youtu.be/9-8iyYi50jY
There is another video or so on my YouTube channel. Also my Instagram is @sc4xls_build. I hope all is well. Scott

Re: Project 68 k10 LWB..aka "The Hulk"
That bed is bad a**. Great job on the truck! Thanks for checking in. Lucky for me I have a tuner with a dyno local to get my truck dialed in.

My tuner and I have not been available on the same day so that is why I am slowly tuning myself. It’s been great because I am learning about the process. I will be posting some pictures on the thread soon. Scott

Plan on getting HP Tuners myself to get motor running, maybe poke around a bit and try to learn something as well.

Your truck looks great Scott, impressive! The fall guy doors are perfect, how handy is that for these reg cab trucks.

The fall guy doors are such a hit at the 2 truck shows I went to. Honestly everyone tells my that they are biggest and baddest modifications they have seen and everyone loves them. Most never seen the Fall Guy! Too young!!!hahaha. Like you said the storage they provide is awesome with the small cabs on these trucks. I love them.

Doing good, I hear you it's so easy to get behind. Been playing catch-up myself trying to get my Camaro build caught up. I've been trying to update every 3rd to 4th day, glad I took a ton of pics to help remind me how when things happened. Just had to comment on such a cool and unique truck!
