Re: Post Your Ride 67-72 Trucks
Here are some pics of my son's 67. We found a set of buddy buckets at a local "used parts" yard. Paid $40.00 for them. They will need to be recovered, but in the mean time some seat covers will do the trick. We left the jump seat out until we get the seats covered. He turns 15 in November and we are saving up to do a disc brake conversion on it. It has a 250ci 6 with a 4 speed. All manual as of right now. We got a new steering gearbox from LMC and installed it, it got alot of the play out of the steering. I enjoy reading about everyones projects. Thanks

Re: Post Your Ride 67-72 Trucks
My 70 that I inherited earlier this year when my grandma passed. This truck has been sitting in this barn since my grandpa died in 87. Very little rust other than the bed. I have bought a SWB 67 for a frame and bed to swap.

Here is my old dog. Just put new engine and trans. Paint and lift next. Had it for 12 years just put gas in, she just keeps running.

I've been a member for a while now, and I've been a fan of these trucks forever. But now that I finally got one of my own I figure it's time to become an active member. Keep in mind this is my very first post, so sorry if i screw things up.
PS - The site is awesome! Keep up the good work |
