Well that's not bad. I didn't think it got that warm up there. The summertime is a possibility. I'm 100% sure I won't see you during the winter time.

I have no sound at work, hope it wasn't something bad.

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Update!
I swapped transmissions, reverse went out in mine, so I put the one in from the parts 'Burb that Scott and I split. It is a nice smooth trans with a fully functioning reverse. Got my new rear tires on. 275/60/17 Falken S/TZ-04 I have one of my new front tires and they had to order one. It should be in next Tuesday. 245/65/17 Falken S/TZ-04 Got my 'Burb tank finalized. Installed my Early Classics hidden hitch. I got it from Carolina Classics Got it all back together tonight, I'll get some daylight pics tomorrow. I really like the new rear tires. They are meaty and look mean. Posted via Mobile Device Posted via Mobile Device

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Nice work Joe! Glad to hear you got new tires. You may need more traction in the great white north. Thanks for sharing the pics. Dig the driveshaft too.

It's ultra custom!

Yeah, I'll need all the traction I can get. I got my eye on a '91 4x4 1 ton crew cab that's for sale in Alaska. Thanks! Me too, I wanted 20's before I got these....now I think 17's are perfect for this truck. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
There was a sweet looking 88 or 89 Dually Crew 4x4 on CL in Tulsa yesterday. Was a very nice looking truck, but they wanted like 9k for it. I don't recall if it was diesel or not though. I'd be looking for a big diesel if I moved to BFE Alaska.
