I don't think anyone would have seen that if you hadn't pointed it out. Do all the road signs near you say A****er?

Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"

ok so the past week for spring break ive done a couple things to the 67. and somethings have happened. first off a list of whats happened; new alternator, new spark plug wires, new GM HEI battery clip, new sway bar and a little burnout .... the bad: ...... the gate for my housing area shut on my truck as I was going through the other gate on the right... so there goes my driver bedside... and the cherry on top! someone in Wisconsin got ahold of my bank account and my paypal and have over withdrawn my account. Friday I went to go ship off a part for a member and I didn't even have 13 dollars to ship his part off! so been working with the bank and im supposed to get a little money back and then a little more a little later. why they don't give me back all my money? that's what I don't understand. but as long as I get it all back in the end ill be happy.. and if they get the dirt bag... anyways. back to truck stuff. looking into getting a new (well to me) 67 short fleet metal floor bed. im considering buying some really nice longbed 67 bedsides and cutting them down... who knows anyways heres pics

Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"

The left gate sometimes stays open for hours on end and will shut at random. I learned that and decided that when ever that gate was open and not shutting that I would just use the clicker and go through the right gate. Well it still got me somehow, by the time I new that gate was shutting it was only about 4 inches away from the bed... As for the complex, there claiming that I'm at fualt and need to pay for "severe damage" to the gate.... THEY HAD THE GATE FUNCTIONING PERFECT BEFORE 12 noon!! They also claim that the gate doesn't stay open for long periods of time... And they don't want to pay for my bed either.

If I were you and had to pay for the repairs, I would just go to the Fence company that will weld it, pay them directly, and have them weld a sign that says "Rick's gate" right in the middle of it!

Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"

They don't have a fence company they just have there little repair guys fix them. And they use junk metal to repair them all the time... Bad news is I'm alone on this my insurance is gonna pay for there fence and I'm not getting squat... Looks like I'm gonna need to see where I can get a new bed.
