That paddle shifter is bad .....! I've got to get started back on mine one of these days. There's just too damn many other projects going.

Looking forward to seeing this burning rubber down the street.

Thanks John, I know what you mean about other projects, , I'm really happy with the integration of the LS3/6L80/paddle shifters/wiring harnes/VHX gauges. One without the others would have made it seem incomplete....LOL. PICs!!!!!

Re: 68 S/C update.....

Hi Heart Rod, if you don't mind I have some questions for you as I am doing almost the exact same project but mine is not as pretty! I have my 2011 5.3 engine, with original 6L80 trans, and driveshaft in. I had my computer for the engine re-flashed but not the transmission yet. I had my wiring harness done by 150tunes.com and everything is put together but it still won’t run right!

Have you started yours yet and if so, can you tell me what you had done to your PCM so I can compare? Also, do you know if you have to have the transmission computer re-flashed as well for it to talk right? I tried to drive mine on Saturday but it takes a while for the transmission to spool up (that's what it feels like) and then go. If the RPM's are not up, the trans doesn't work. Then it felt like it went into limp mode. Any help you can give would be much appreciated as I am very frustrated at this point!

Re: 68 S/C update.....

Ben,
Why don't you post this in the Lsx swap section. That way we don't clutter hart's thread troubleshooting your issue? Then we could help you a little better. Your problem could be tune, tranny fluid, power to tranny, tranny issues, etc.

Ben - haven't done anything to the computer yet. I want to finsih a few more thing before I have it tuned. Like, Jorg mentioned posting it in the LS thread should get you a lot of repsonses. Good luck!

Rob, it was great to meet you at CTC. I wish the 68 would have made it over there, maybe next year, same place, same time.
